Sugar, Sugar

Over a decade ago I set out to find the perfect sugar cookie recipe. It needed to be a soft cookie that was thick and indulgent. And the icing needed to taste amazing too! Once I had a great tasting cookie they had to look great as well! Family and friends were my focus group for every special occasion.

In the fall of 2020 I decided it was finally time to leave the restaurant industry after 25 years and try to make a go of my dream-being a full-time cookie baker.

I bake out of my home in south Plainfield IL and I've never been happier. I love being a small part of so many special occasions. I'm grateful to all of those who allow me to continue to do what I love.
